Hi! I'm Gina, the self-taught baker behind the whisk at Golden Bites Home Bakery. Personally, I don't need to be gluten-free, but I noticed a lot of people in my life (including my taste testers) who are gluten-free, and I wanted to create delicious treats for my friends and family to enjoy. 

When I first began baking gluten-free, it was to help friends and loved ones be able to have gluten-free goodies- but I quickly realized that gluten-free doesn't have to mean flavor-free. With a lot of experimenting (and a few flops along the way), I've developed recipes that are not only safe for those with gluten sensitivities but also crave-worthy for everyone who tries them. From chewy cookies and soft muffins to seasonal favorites and market bestsellers, every item is made with care, quality ingredients, and a whole lot of love.

Although Golden Bites Home Bakery does not have a dedicated gluten-free kitchen, all ingredients, from flours to baking powders, are completely gluten-free.

As a one-woman bakery, I handle every part of the process-from recipe testing and baking to packaging and popping up at local farmers' markets. I believe in small-batch baking, big flavor, and creating treats that bring joy, comfort, and maybe a bit of nostalgia.
