Are all your products gluten free?
Yes, all ingredients including my baking powders and baking sodas are gluten free. I use a rice based gluten free flour blend (Cup 4 Cup or King Arthur's Gluten Free Blend), but will start making my own gluten free blend in the future.
Do you offer dairy free items?
Yes, most products can be made dairy free. Please specify when ordering that you need it to be dairy free
Do you bake cakes?
No, I do not bake cakes at this time. Cakes are a specialty in themselves and I have decided to stick with cookies, muffs, sweet breads, and brownies.
Do you do gluten free sourdough?
Not yet. We are currently working on a delicious sourdough bread recipe, however it is not ready to sell . Stay tuned for gluten free sourdough and dinner rolls.
Is your kitchen a dedicated gluten free kitchen?
No. While all my products are gluten free, I do have some products that contain gluten in my kitchen. I never bake with gluten on days that I am baking gluten free and I take extensive measures to sanitize and clean the kitchen prior to baking. Even with those precautions, there is a small chance of cross contamination. If you have Celiac or are very sensitive, my products may not be the right fit for your needs.
